1. Customer Service hours in our facilities are Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

4. The authorization of an order is made once the total payment has been received in our account and is properly identified.
5. Payments can be received by the following methods: deposit, transfer and credit cards.
6. To process an order, there must be a purchase order from the customer.
7. For local deliveries, the minimum purchase amount is $ 3,000.00 before taxes.
8. If the order was not correctly supplied, the customer has 30 calendar days from the moment of purchase to request the replacement of the shipment.
